New Costume DLC

It's currently only available in US region PSN as we speak. Apparently you can't see this item through internet browser store, you can't see it under TC-The Division page on PS Store via PS4 either. I took this from "Latest Add-on"; currently this add-on is not associated with the game page.

Let the speculation commence however as this is labelled as Upper East Side but the current game environment only stretches to Mid Town, UES is East of Central Park soooo..... 

..does this mean something more than just a skin pack I wonder?

Map extension is very much possible, especially the guys who have breached the wall have found solid and decorated part of town.

There certainly seems to be quite a lot of scope for expansion in the Manhattan map, even without map re-scaling / extra scrolling.  

I believe there is also anticipation of the Intrepid aircraft carrier, moored on the West side (above the Lincoln Tunnel).  I would have thought that would have just been more or less perfect for an incursion.
