PC Need new character to help get glitched Judy Walters 2,4,5 echos and Unknown Signal echo

Hi watch this youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07yGTXOQDGA it's exactly whats happened to me except on the PC version I need a new character to be in a group with me and help me get some glitched echos I can't get them without redoing the side quest but I need someone to create a new character and add me on uplay so I can do it "weaveR_____" (5 underscores).

Also I can't get into the door for the Unknown Signal echo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHpUiRVi6UM (Rouge Agents 6) if someone could add me also for that so I maybe can get past the door? I've already done all the main missions but the bars still haven't disappeared so I can't get into the door. :40_rage:

Ok I found someone on my friends list to help me get the glitched Judy Walters echos now I just need the Unknown Signal echo then I'll have all the intel.
