PSN Need a group for Challenge Mode and Dark Zone, DZ01 and DZ02

I'm looking for a group to do missions on challenge mode with and DZ01, DZ02 basically level 32 dark zone. Whenever I join a group for the missions on challenge mode the players always suck with low gear and guns with no team work skills what's so ever so we never complete the mission, I'm lucky to have some friends I join And we then do them with not much problems. Also the DZ every time I join a group we always end up staying down the bottom end gaining crap loot, fighting against level 30 enemies. So I'm looking for a group to play with on challenge mode missions that can work as a team and for the dark zone 01, 02,.
