My Search and Destroy Isn't Working

So I was playing the other day with my dad and we were doing dome Search and Destroy mission so we can get some Intel for Daily and Weekly High-Value Targets and we realized that he was the only one getting Intel and I wasn't getting any Intel. So we decided to make me the party leader again and try another Search and Destroy; again, he was the only one to get Intel and I still wasn't receiving and Intel. Then the next day I wake up and decide to finish some Search and Destroy to get some Intel. I do three  Search and Destroy mission and I still remain at sixteen. The only way I was getting Intel was ONLY from the Underground DLC. I can't seem to get Intel anymore from Search and Destroy missions and I have completed every side mission, encounter, and unlocked every single safezone. Am I missing something or is the game just being a jerk and refusing to give me Intel? What's up The Division?

Are you confusing the icons for Target Intel (for HVTs) and the Directive Intel (for adding directives to UG missions)?

Oh crap, I thought it was just Directive Intel. Forgot to check Target intel, I have 99 O.O Thanks for the help.

This was what I was thinking, HVT Intel caps at 99.  I'm not sure about UG Intel, but I'm guessing probably the same.

I don't like that you can't see how much target Intel you have unless you go to BoO. Or am I missing something

Open up the "Pouches" screen on your character.  Look down to the bottom to the left of the mats and all your Intel quantities should be shown there.

99 Directive Intel is the cap, yep.
