Missing map

Since the recent update, my Map will not stay up for any length of time making it hard to negotiate missions.i have sent this to the division team FOUR times now assuming the problem would be rectified..yet I've not received anything from them not even, were looking into it..if I could get a refund I would, it takes me hours to do daily challenges as I have to guess where I'm running.

Also how comes there is no app for this game if it's so good?can someone help me resolve the map issue?

Not sure about the issues with the map.  Seems like this isn't an issse for everybody, but I don't know what the rhyme or reason is for who has issues with it. 

As for the app, supposedly they were thinking about it and indefinitely held the project because they wanted to work on other things.  If you're looking for an app like the Destiny one, that was designed by the community and not Bungie.  Either the community doesn't care to make one for the Division, they can't get access to an API to make it work, or both.
