Lack of longcoats

So, I have spent a decent amount of time with the Division and I have to say I am really enjoying it!
Although, this wasn't how I picture my gameplay, as I have played most of my playthrough alone, with the exception of that one Russian guy who left me for dead in a mission and the other time my fellow agent of 3 hours suddenly decided to go rogue. Latter, is probably my fault for pairing up with a Lvl 18 when I was still Lvl 12 ._.

However, even after all this time, one thing really bothers me. For an RPG there's very limited clothing options. Sure you can get a variety of jackets and shirts, even pants! But the shirts themselves look like less bulky version of the jackets. 

I feel the game would really benefit from a longcoat. It fits within the lore. Even some hood up versions of the hoodies available. Maybe some shawls, but now I'm expecting too much

Anyways, what do you guys feel?

P.s. I really want to take of my sunglasses. I learnt my lesson!

yeah, would be great.  I'm not at cap, tho I think more interesting apparel and skins drop in challenge missions.

and sunnies as a permanent fixture lol. makes no sense.

yet to see any "new" apparel drop from runs, and I've done a TON of them. Npc's can drop apparel, but it's the same as the apparel given by citizens you help.

As for weapon skins, each challenge mode run has it's own that can drop as loot from the boss:

Lincoln Tunnel: Solid Teal

Russian Consulate: Stripes, red white and blue (american/french flag-looking)

Warrengate Powerplant: Solid Electric Green

Lexington Event Center: Solid Pink

I'm yet to find any interesting jackets. Got the broker pack too. One of the only slim fit blazer jacket in game. Don't wanna spend 5$ more for gear ?

yet to see any "new" apparel drop from runs, and I've done a TON of them. Npc's can drop apparel, but it's the same as the apparel given by citizens you help.

oh, crap. had my hopes up. most of the apparel looks mostly the same. so, was hoping they were establishing a boring base line for harder to obtain stuff.

Your best hope may be a season pass. Each month we get unique apparel and minor goodies for having one.

Yeah same. Except the shirt's too seem bloated somewhat. I was looking for a more Desmond style hoodie, shirt etc.

If I absolutely do wear a jacket it's the broker one.

long coats would interfere with holster equipment.  i think they would have to work with animations or it would be clip soup.
