Intel mission bugged?

O k tonight I decide to run some Intel mission for HVT but during my quest every time I went to do it some reason it would kick me back to my safe house this happen to anyone else today?

Not sure if you're active in the Ubisoft forums, but the Update 1.3 actually is pretty screwed up.

They have a list of problems acknowledged longer than what McDonald's has in store.

So yeah, most likely this is just one of them.

I think I also read somewhere here that if you do try to farm Intel some people weren't getting it to drop when they complete the search and destroy or HVT.  I'm guessing that was a 1.3 issue, because I farmed a ton of it last night and got a bunch from HVTs.

Having the same trouble myself.  I've just updated today and is the first time is happened.  Always the same place when doing the kips bay search and destroy mission.
