Has anyone sense update having problems bringing up your map to fast travel?

Hi there yes I am having a lot of trouble all since the 1.3 update I have tried both my controller and still cannot bring up the map any suggestions please

I fix the issue last night I download the DLC and it was fixed I'm not sure what it did I did the patch prior but the DLC solved it for me

I'm still not having any luck I have installed the DLC and uninstalled it still no good
