Yep. Am a big fan of Stalker and that type of environment.
There was someone in the ARMA community doing a Stalker type mod called Nova Zona. It looked awesome but the guy has been working on it with very limited time since 2012. He also refuses any offers of help from others so there appears to be low chance of it ever getting completed.
I def like the atmosphere with the grey skys, fog, flickering lights, strange structures etc.
His sight is here. Not the easiest site to use but the concept art is also pretty fantastic.
