How would I go about unlocking this talent?

Here are my stats, the 3rd talent on the gun is Brutal but I couldn't get it to fit into the picture. I have been messing around with my stats and I think the best way to get the talent unlocked would be to use an electronics backpack and 3 gear mods. The problem is that this lowers my DPS and stamina by such a large amount that I dont know if it is even worth it to unlock for a simple 8% crit chance...

To get the talent unlocked I would need to lower my DPS to about 150,000 and HP to 6X,000... I would just like some opinions on what the smart way to do this would be because I honestly have thought about it and have no idea. Thanks for any suggestions

had the same problem with this gun. if you have any gear that is electronic specific and superior upgrade it to high end. this is what i had to do. i had to upgrade my gear and performance mods to increase my electronics while not lowering other stats at the same time. took some crafting and swapping stuff out but eventually i got it to work. until i got a different gun with other requirements. good luck.

Man I feel like I don't know which of these weapon specific talents are good and which ones are garbage . . .I did like the post about skill mods and talents, but I feel like this could be a whole 20 min video about gun mods, gun talents, etc. Cheers to @phoreman for the advice I will be trying this when I get on next!
