HI I have a major problem I have been told I may have tendonitis very painful and the bad news is I may have to give up my controller as its in my wrist. Now I cant imagine life with out my xbox or Division so my question is all you PC players would getting gaming PC help? how do you play on a key board or do you ? and what would I get I only have a bog standard laptop at the mo any suggestions would be appreciated  

 
Maybe try painkillers? I hear opioids are pretty good. Good luck!

Do like I have and learn to use a Tracker ball mouse.

A sporting injury to my wrist means I can't rotate my wrist well and I get pain. A tracker just means you move your fingers.

Get yourself a really good eronomic chair. Mine cost me nearly £400.00. But it's really comfortable and my head and neck are supported whilst gaming. I have an ergonomic chair with adjustable arms so that I'm supported and my wrists won't ache after playing any games on my console.
