iM GOING FOR A TANKTICITION BUILD AND I HAVE TONS OF 240 214 GEAR SETS BUT HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO RE ROLL THEM TO MAKE THEM BETTER, ACTUALL MY STATS DROP...COULD SOMEoNE PLEASE HELP ME. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO RE ROLL ON EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT

Well if you are going to a Tac build then you obviously want to roll or hunt for a majority of your gear to have the electronics skill. With that said if you're trying to re-roll some items to electronics then yes your other stats are going to drop. The only gear piece you get more than one attribute number on is the Holster. That is where gear mods come in to play and finding set pieces that have at least one gear mod slot available to add to your Toughness. Watch some videos on YT on Skill builds and you will get some tips on how to create a Tac/Tank build.

All stats won't always increase, what you're aiming for very often are passive buffs on gear/weapons that boost your active skills such as talents like automatic reloads etc

My suggestion. Go low firearms, as low as 1000 or 1500 if possible. Don't focus on helping too much outside of passive DPS. The tac wearer is typically the 'tank/heal/buffer' who will most likely be the one running around rezzing people and popping supply drop crates, face tanking fire mobs, and the like. My suggestions are primarily for a 4man team. This is not a solo build. Shoot for 100k health minimum. 3500ish stamina, 400k toughness or more. Protection from elites are a bonus. Try to hit 60-75% exotic resistance. Ditch all +crit hit and other big dmg to elite bonuses (unless they have to be there.. on gloves, etc) in light of defense and support. Your role is not to dish out the hurt. You are meant to stay alive so your buffs are always up and you can face tank/rez.

4 Pc Tac and 2 Final Measure. Shoot for coolheaded, skilled.. or similar electronics based talents on your weapons. Don't worry so much about brutal and such as they require high firearms which you wont' have. Self preserved, predatory and the like are also pointless here due to low DPS and not likely being the one to get the kill shots. I tend to get electronics right to that 2557 mark (or whatever it is required for 204 weapon requirements.. its right around there). That starts you at 30K skill power, 15k shy of the typical max. However, you will only be at 100% tac during the middle of fights, so the extra base electronics will allow your tac to carry and stay at max while you move to a new location.. and/or engage mobs/rogues etc.

Note you 'will' be helping DPS. Some tac/support players feel this gives them the right to just sit back in the group and do nothing but support. A good player is still up in the fray doing their best to mingle with the NPCs. This build will just take you twice as long to down a yellow as it will your DPS counterparts.

thanks for the response. so do i re roll to electronics on every piece of gear i got then? i have endless combos of 240 gear in my stash?

2pc final measure, 4 pc tac. Shoot for 25k skill power before your tac buff. 75% armor resist and the bare minimum 50% exotic from final to start. 340k toughness shows u have about 85k health and 75% armor, thats pretty good. Right now you're rocking a hybrid build. If you're looking for pure support then get that skill power up to 25-30k base and lower the dps. And no you don't want to roll every piece to electronics. 3 stat holster is a must. 2 pieces of stamina stat is a must too. You can fill your armor mod slots with +stamina/armor
