I had a really strong 15x gold scope with 7% Crit 20% HS drop from one of the 3-4 bosses in the DZ03 Extract / Tunnel loop.
I wasted a lot of materials trying to craft the 'perfect' gold weapon mods. I got some, but only after wasting tons on good rolls. You may get lucky. However, I've been farming the DZ and almost all my really good gold mods have now come from there since the patch.

There is no blueprint, but they do drop randomly from named elites (HE version). There is no one enemy though with a guaranteed drop.
