Help make the nomad better - My thoughts/fixes

Hi, im new to the forums, but wanted to voice my opinion on a particular matter. Of all the gear sets created, the nomad is the most useless set, we all know this, but is it really? Considering the 1.2 update coming soon, i was thinking of revisiting my stance on creating a nomad build to replace my sentry build since i never use MMR's, strictly for health on kill. It is possible to get at least 34% health on kill without gear talents, and adding the extra 20% u get from the nomad, this is quite a substantial amount of health to receive from kills, now consider a nomad set strictly invested in stamina and firearms, is it really that bad now? i still think the nomad gear needs a significant buff, specifically to scavenging, this god awful attribute needs to be removed from the game entirely, and also the 4 gear piece talent needs a lower reduced time for activation, and not to just have a chance of happening, it needs to be 100% certain to happen every 4 mins maybe. Also, why the heck are there no 240 nomad gear pieces, this needs to be addressed. I would like to hear what you guys think about this as well. Oh i almost forgot, i think it would make more sense to replace the 100% scavenging with something like +400 armor increase for 2 pieces.

As it's intended to be a set for solo players, it's honestly not that bad as is. The scavenging makes up for the materials you'd find/get in group runs, the health on kill makes up for heals from squadmates, and the revive would be awesome if it actually worked.

Every 4 mins on the revive is WAY too overpowered, especially at 100% odds. You'd have to double kill everyone you met in the DZ.

There's no 240 pieces because it's not a set for group runs. 240 only drops in challenge mode falcon lost. The most powerful rewards come from doing the hardest runs, and a nomad player has no business there.

At best, I'd replace the scavenging with a talent to bring overheal to all healing skills/medkits, but maybe as the 3 piece bonus. Swap the 20% health on kill to the two piece, leave the 4 piece alone.
