Gear Attributes Guide for 1.3 (Please Review)

Hello everyone,

When it comes to the different gear sets, I will be the first to admit I am lost when it comes to the attributes. I understand Gear Sets but not the attributes. When I get a drop, I don't know if it is a good role or not. 

I have searched the web including Youtube and it seems like the information is outdated (patch 1.2) or conflicting. Here is what I compiled based on the game and research online. Please let me know if any of this needs correcting. I am sure there may be a few errors.

I plan on recalibrating my gear this weekend but want to make sure I know what I am doing first.
