the division today was a nightmare to log on to. my character keep falling thru the map. when I went down requiring aid I couldn't be revived.kept getting stuck jumping over obstacles, really wondering was it worth spending money on this game,i know new online games experience teething problems but this seems to be getting worse.i don't normally gripe over these issues but I found it rather annoying and spoilt my fun.

Yep, finding myself stuck in car during a mission. Not being able to be revived when you can see others can.

But yeah, still think the game is worth the money.

It's still newish. Hopefully fixes and improvements are in the pipes. Hoping no changes that screw things up.

Last night i a server maintenance shutdown warning. 4 minutes till shutdown. Apparently that was an error. Lol.

This has happened to me in hard mode today 3 times and on one occasion in a battle with a mob which was floated. Each time I wound up in The Grindhouse, one occassion I somehow remarkably ended up 'downed' on the floor of The Grindhouse ... nope, noone ressed me :P

Seriously, it was already hard mode - nothing under your feet makes it mission impossible !

Client-side prediction is likely to blame here.

In a game that needs fast paced action and multiple user connections ranging in speed from very high to very low, client-side prediction is used to balance out the action. Your inputs are instantly registered on your screen, and then the server compares your end with what it has at that moment and attempts to balance them out. Usually this goes smoothly enough to not be noticed at all, but when your connection to the server is intermittent or just plain slow, you can experience teleporting, incorrectly rendered objects, rubber banding, disconnection, etc. I'm not saying it couldn't be a programming error in the game, just that it's far more likely a connection issue, one that could be on your end, or in the handshake with the server. Speed testing will only show the problem if you do it while the issue is happening, which would further drop your speed, creating more issues, etc.
