Confused how to use Field Proficiently Cache. Is there any decent details about this online?

Like any other cache. You open it and collect loot and I think PCs. The gs# goes by your own gs# , so gearing up as high as you can to get the best gs# you can.
You gain these caches based on exp pts. On a PC, there's an exp bar up the top across the right.

PS4 has the same kind of XP bar, it appears in the same spot you see it when you're leveling your toon from 1-30.
