Doing wire set project

Hi I'm doing wire set project, I've got all the letter components except for c component. But I've ended up with two h's, but the c component won't drop I've put all the other components into the product manager. I've done Jefferson's trade centre ten times, as the other missions only took two times to get the components. The h component is stuck in the resources menu as I cant delete it. Do you think this is a bug. As the resource manager has already taken the h component.

I have seen people complete it, but for me - to much grind.  I am not there -yet.  Not enough reward for the hours and hours of effort.

Took me a while to get the last piece (think it was from Jefferson as well) and got a duplicate part but that is ok as you need the second one to actually craft the gear set item.  First round of parts are just to get the blue prints.

I also hear it is hard to proc and provide any decent value so have decided not to do the second grind to get the parts again for crafting.
