Commendations - How are you doing.

So how is everyone doing with the commendations.

What were you easiest 'low hanging fruit' ones and what are causing you issues ?.

I have closed all my car doors and popped all my tires.  I am all emoted out but these were pretty easy to get done, just a bit of repetition.

High roller is an issue with the programmed delay for each re-roll in the re-calibration station make it take a pretty long time to hit the required amount.

I would imagine the Embassy with a six shooter maybe problematic  :5_smiley: .

I will probably do the Survival, Last Stand and PvE items last.  

I am currently just finishing off the exploration to collect all the phones, drones etc.  Around 10 phones to complete now.

Hows everyone else doing ?.

Not too bad going for me so far. I'm concentrating on the crafting/collecting based ones first. Don't remember enough of them to comment much as I tend to really only focus on them if I accidentally complete another! ...that pop up reminding me there's something else to do.

One.  For the commendation you need to equip one of each colour simultaneously. (don't tell me grey is not a colour nor a part of the rainbow. Tho you're from England so maybe your rainbows are grey, *cough*)

Actually when my toon was on lv29 one grey mask dropped. Phew!

Ahh...so get in with my base character, pick up a grey & green, Pop them in the stash and get my main to equip all of them. That's something I can do I'm sure.

Saw a vid of a dude playing clear sky but not setting any bombs off...just hung back with turrets and heal and just kept shooting them. Quick way of levelling up weapon commendations I guess.

Logged in for the first time last night and had 5 from past play, ran some UG and picked up like 1 more.  I think I'm rocking the sausage SHD patch for now.  They're kinda cool, but I'm not sure if I'll be a patch hunter, probably grab them as I get them.

The main thing with completing these is getting the key fragments so you can get FREE VANITY ITEMS.

Yeah but they are not dropping anything like as much as I expected.

I will be lucky to get 1 or 2 keys for a nights play.

I have also got lots of duplicates now which at least give some fragments back but still...

I would have hoped for x fragments per XX minutes played so Legendary missions dropped maybe 1/2 --> 1 key whilst challenging Lexington drops 1 fragment (due to how fast it can be completed).

Not my game though, I am only on this ride without a paddle :3_grin: .

I’m actually getting a better return of Key Fragments for helping civilians and running S&D missions than running main missions.

Bare that in mind. I think they’re deliberately wanting players to get out and explore more and use the other mechanics in the game and cynically giving a better drop for a much wanted material from where they want to point players.

…likewise I keep getting drops of Shotguns and Sniper Rifles, potentially, as I have NO Loudouts saved with them as weapons…Is the game trying to force me to use them? Or have I let my foil hat slip?

Yeah, I find the same thing as @quinch1199. Doing LZ stuff gives you a reasonable drop of keys. Missions do too but time wise, quite poor.

Yeah, haven't seen any drops of Classified Gear doing whatever. I'd like one of both FM and LS. And the maths of getting those particular pieces is... bad, if something were to drop lol.

I think you have to shoot 10 rats after each 30 dogs and then shoot a seagull after 50 dogs.. otherwise it resets ...*cough*  :9_innocent:

I think I've had maybe two Classified items drop in the past week. I have a full set of Classified for FM I'm still screaming to get some LS!
