DELTA error 20000933

I waited another 10 minutes after I posted this, and I have it working again. The problem occurred when I tried to join a friend in the dark zone, and I have been trying to join any of my friends in the dark zone and have been getting the same error delta 20000933.

I just confirmed it, everytime I try to join my friend or friends in darkzone or out of dark zone I get the error code. yet I join a completely random person running around and its fine.
