Delta Error 200009988

Hello,

Im sure I'm not the only one with this issue however i am constantly getting the error message Delta 200009988.

Can someone shed some light on this? I've seen something about making sure your on Nat type 1, however I can seem to change that either.

I am using a virgin super hub ac 2 if that helps.
