PSN DarkZone farming help

hello everyone, i am gearscore level 210 i've been trying to farm some dz bosses solo and lets say its not really going well, either die from 4 shots from the boss or from rouges

the team i used to play with have all stopped playing the game and i am left alone to try defend myself from level 32 mobs and rogues.

my stats aren't all that bad. 170k/190k/19k with 4 pieces of sentry  if anyone would like to run with me or even help me level up my score a little please feel free to add me on psn Myriagram_

One thing I would advise is definitely upping your toughness. I don't know what your exact specs are, but you really need to shoot for max armor mitigation at 75% if you can. Or damn close to it. That will help a ton, especially in the dark zone. I think you really want to shoot for 300k+ toughness in general anyway. At least that seems to be a good starting point. One thing that has helped me a little is getting the two price final measure bonus, which is +50% exotic damage mitigation. 

The only other general advice I could give is to run the pve content and try to farm some better gear. Daily and weekly HVT and run Lexington on heroic. Like, a lot. I'm running it all the time in pugs and it's not terribly difficult. Decent group you are in and out in less than 15 minutes with 3-4 high ends and a chance at some 2-4 or 240 set gear. I've gotten both out of there, with two of the three most recents being 240 I believe. It's a great farm area. Weekly HVT is really, really good also. Guaranteed set gear, although most is the lonestar. It's not great, but it might help to run one or two pieces of it for the stats and armor. 

Without knowing more it's hard to say, but on paper your toughness is just too low. I have 320k with max armor and I get shredded in dz03 and above. It's just a very difficult place to play, especially solo. Unless you have a really good build solo is almost not even an option. If you want to add me we can maybe try some heroic or HVT, but I still need work myself. My GS is 220-225 right now, and I am farming the hell out of Lexington in the small hopes of getting a decently rolled mp7.
