Dark Zone Location

Hi all its my first post here and I'm not sure if I'm being a bit stupid here and I've missed something or whatever. 

Is is it possible for Rogue Agents to find me in the Dark Zone? Last night I was hiding from 4 Rogue Agents who were basically owning everybody for keys and loot. I was well hidden and they came immediately to my location. Is there a way of telling where I am?

You can counter hostile pulse scans with an upgrade to your own pulse skill as well.
