I've been trying to figure out what the current GS cap is. I know the number is only relevant until the next update (because there will be higher GS weapons and gear), but since I'm on PS4 this number will be valid for like 6 weeks.
My best guess is 228, which would be 3 weapons at 204 (612) and 6 gear pieces at 240 (1440) or (612 + 1440) / 9. I've also heard sidearms are no longer included because of people gaming the system to get into low DZs, which would mean 231 or 2 weapons at 204 (408) and 6 gear pieces at 240 (1440) or (408 + 1440) / 8.
Looking at my current setup 2 weapons at 204, 182 sidearm, 2 gear pieces a 214 and 4 pieces at 240, I have a GS of 220. Based on my GS, I think the first guess (228) is correct: (2 x 204 + 182 + 2 x 214 + 4 x 240) / 9 = 219.78 or 220.
While I think I've answered my own question, I'm curious what other think and/or if there's some official word from Massive.
