Booted during Underground operation

My wife and I play the Division and for the last couple days, my character randomly gets a Delta error message in the middle of an Underground operation with her. We are playing and then I stall...then I am gone. We are on the same internet connection (no problem there).. It has happened twice during "Critical Infrastructure" and on a few others. All underground once an operation is ongoing. I log right back in but no way to get to her during the operation. Any help? Ideas?

Happened to me last night during a 2 phase heroic operation. Just me, let the remaining 3 to try and complete on their own. Then it happened again during the 2nd phase, this time the whole team...

Happened to me on xbox the other night.  Seems to be a bug!
