Can you call your troops to help you with the enemy , what are the buttons to do this , thanks

Are you trying for a button(s) that call in reinforcements when you're fighting? If that's the case, the answer is there isn't any way to call in backup. The friendly NPCs have a set "script" and only appear and fight as the devs have programmed them. While it might be nice to call for help and possibly lose some XP for using backup, there isn't an option.
If you're needing help to complete a mission or event, look for help here or from the various Discord servers and get a squad of 4 to take back NYC.
