Agent origins bug

I typed in AGENTORIGINS to unlock my 4 free outfits on my Xbox in the redeem code option. It took my code and said I now owned this feature but nothing downloads and there's nothing in the rewards claim vendor. I tried typing in the code again but I've already used it and can't get another one. Any way to fix this?

 
And you are wrong sir.

Just go to the store, find the game. Go to downloadable content and find each outfit. I had the same issue.

Not true. I registered and entered the code well after launch (3 days ago), as did many others, and it worked fine. The outfits should be available at the Rewards Vendor at the end of the long hallway past your stash crate in your main base of operations.

Yes it's true guy. It didn't show up for me right away. I had to find the content and download it like any other game.

No, you don't understand, the game launched March 8th.

I didn't buy the game until the 12th.

I didn't know about the AGENT ORIGINS gear promo until I saw it on reddit on the 19th, which pointed me to this link on ubisoft's official page:

After I registered on the website using the AGENTORIGINS code, received the 24 digit code which I activated thru Uplay.

Upon entering the game, the 4 different gear sets (FDNY, NYPD, Paramedic, & Hunter) were immediately available at the Rewards Vendor.

BUT as mentioned, all was done well after launch day.

Yes I did the exact same thing, I should specified that i received the 24 digit code. One I entered the 24 digit code it said I owned the item, yet nothing downloaded and I can't find the content anywhere in game, or on the store.

Contact ubisoft support, only thing I can suggest

 
I redeemed the Origin code about a week ago and still has not showed up my wife or my account  in the add on history or at the rewards vendor at all.   UBISoft just keep blowing me off too.

I'm having the same problem. Entered the code in the xbox "redeem a code" area, it said I now own the item yet nothing downloaded and its not found in store or in my items waiting to be installed. 

 
Every time I'm on that page where it says redeem agent origins above I click on what platform then it redirects me to sign in to my uplay account then sends me back to the page to redeem agent origins but for whatever reason I get a blank white page say to many redirects like wtf man I've tried doing this on all my mobile devices and I get the same result I mean is this like a mobile only issue or something? I just want my 4 dam outfits lol

 
I had my 4 outfits from launch, no problem.

However, after this most recent patch, all my Agent Origins outfits disappeared and I can not download again.

Anyone else have this happen?

 
Not sure if you ever figured this out but I was having the same problem till this morning. I went to manage games on my Xbox One and the Agents pack was there waiting for downloading. Up till now it never showed. 

 
I'm in the same boat. Used Microsoft support. They sent me a link to some Ubisoft site saying they are aware of a bug causing this but have no fix as yet

 
My issue is that when I select my preferred console then hit next, it brings up a page for me to long in on which I do, but when I press next, it just prompts me to log in again and I keep going in circles. I have tried on different devices along with waiting a few days, but nothing has changed, anyone know of a fix????

 
Update;; my stuff showed up in the game hub last night. Downloaded, picked up and equipped.
Ditto. Mine showed up last night as well. All the weapons are level 4, but hey, it's free. I'll save them for when I create a new character.
