Before The Division’s official release, Ubisoft had run an Agent Origins promotion where players could claim four different sets of gear to use in the game. If you followed the directions you should have received a code to download all four sets sometime before March 8.

If you did, then all you had to do was redeem the Agent Origins code and claim the gear from the Rewards Claim Vendor. Easy as pie. Unfortunately, some of the emails had blank spaces where the code was supposed to be. Luckily, all hope is not lost as Ubisoft is working on a fix.

Some people who did get a code are not having the DLC auto-install for some reason. Here are the steps you need to follow in order to get the Agent Origins Gear to install.

On the Xbox One follow these steps:

  1. Head into My Games and Apps.
  2. Find The Division and press the Menu button.
  3. Select Manage Game.
  4. Select Show all Add-Ons.
  5. Find Your DLC and install it.
On the PS4 head to the Library and follow the same steps as above. There will be no manage game option, but you can look at all of your content. On Steam, all add-ons should be on the Library page for The Division.

The code that was emailed was basically just a key that made them available to you, so even if you weren’t able to auto-install you should still have access to the files.

There are four packs that are part of the Agent Origins gear sets:

  • NY Paramedic Pack
  • NY Police Pack
  • NY Hunter Pack
  • NY Firefighter Pack
Manually select the packs and install them, and then return to your game to retrieve them from the Rewards Claim Vendor

Hey there, I had no problem downloading this. I've used that Hunter hat like crazy...then on the last update all my Agent Origins outfits vanished. They are gone. Anybody else know anything about this?
