Advanced Armory Vendor in BO

Does anyone know why the advanced armory vender isn't changing weapons every 24 hours like it used to? he hasn't changed sense the last update and the timer is still every 24 hours but he never changes......

yeah, i keep coming back to see if it changes, i'm wondering if its weekly and the timer is wrong?

It rotates the purple weapons and gear every w24 hours. The high end rotates every Saturday.

Na the high ends aren't rotating on Saturday either
