Few weeks ago I've returned to game after 3+ years. Whilst I’m not playing, I’m trying to create new builds for myself whilst discovering the new features added to the game.
One of the items I’ve discovered that suits my playstyle is the ‘Turmoil’ kneepad. I read on The Division’s website that it drops from ‘Rise Up’ caches with a moderate chance.
I've spent all Countdown points and all Textile currency to buy rise up cashes. Having reached almost streched level 300 with I’ve opened hundreds of Rise Up Cash packs, yet failing to find an item with even a moderate drop rate has been incredibly frustrating.
Why is it so hard to find an item? Isn’t there another way to get it?
