    OMG. I've just had one of those DZ epiphanies! Just spent the last 90 minutes grinding the DZ in a group and come away with 20+ times including some 240gs gloves and a load of mods.  I take back everything I said about it. ? Edit: Sorry - I've completely hijacked your thread.

    I did a DZ run earlier and extracted a green battle vest from a named baddie. That's enough for now. The extraction was a nightmare.

    Interesting. How did you get your MODs? Were they farmed in the DZ, crafted at the Base or rewards for doing missions?

    It has that very dark feel that the first Gears of War game had on the Xbox. Tight, compact spaces followed by dark expanses. An absence of light. Stuff jumping out on you. The need to work together with your unit to stay alive.

    How do you get your primary DPS that high? Are your mods that good? I'm using an Aug (182gs) with high-end attachments and my DPS is only 115k.
