    Here's an idea: instead of nerfing this or that why not put the PvP players into their own arena (like The Crucible in Destiny) and let them slug it out? OP shotties are only a problem in the DZ and during PvP.  Stick 'em all together - far out of everyone else's way - and let the rest of us...
