    Players don't have to go into a PVP area to get 240 gear pieces. That is what they created the HVT targets for.  You can still craft PLENTY of 214 gear set pieces and depending on the roll those can be as good if not better then those that MAY drop in the DZ.

    Updated -  Got rid of the 2 pc striker for 2 pc tac instead.  Exotic: 68% Resistance Burn: 14% Distort: 17% Disrupt: 15% This has served me very well in DZ for PVP and PVE. No major bonus talents but still deal a good amount of DPS as well.
