    Has someone been watching a little Daredevil? I would love this as well. I'll take Kingpin as a raid boss any day. I also feel like there's a lot of stories left to be told in the Division and I hope they dive into some of that in their future DLC

    If they're camping the dz you're at fast travel to a different entrance. Most bad experiences people are having seem to be something that can be avoided by going elsewhere. Not optimal but an option none the less

    A lot of people seem to be having bad luck with certain servers.  I've found a lot of friendly agents in a lot of my play time. I do run into the occasional chaotic server though where everyone is going rogue. Just hop out and then hop back in until you can get a decent one.

    That's all about them having better gear, which was probably earned from boss farming. No such thing as a fair fight in a loot and shoot. Someone is always going to have a superior weapon with superior gear.
