Hello there agents, I recently bought The Division and I'm only able to play for like... 5-10 minutes, after that I'm getting like latency lag and ends with I'm getting disconnected and Delta Error 20000988... Have anyone else had this issue before and does anyone know how I can fix this? Its really annoying to only play for like 5-10 minutes.. :(

I have the same Issue with it displaying the error code but I also have a  few other glitches. I've only just got the game and the first thing it did was update. Some of the glitches I have is damage doesn't show, the enemies flip out and will glitch around the map, once I've emptied the clip on my weapon it takes around 30 seconds after reloading for it to even fire again. Same with the side arm. Don't know why it is doing this but getting extreme frustrated.

Same I've been trying for over an hour to play and it's insanely frustrating. I've reset everything and I was able to finally complete one leggy mission and now it's back to booting me.

Hey peeps,

I believe Ubisoft is already aware of this problem, I would contact Ubisoft support if you wish too, otherwise, just wait for Ubisoft to patch it, and follow up with they're updates.

I had the same problem and i found a fix, just give NAT1 to your console or PC on your router.Had this problem all the time since i got the game 4 days ago, always got the delta error 20000988 every 10 minutos it was frustrating as hell losing the game servers in the middle of every mission and restarting from last checkpoint. Finally after some investigation i found a solution that works for me, i never got any error again after giving NAT type 1 to my PS4, its a problem with our router and not ubisoft servers! Here is the fix, just fallow the steps:- Log in to your router with admin codes, normal user codes wont work, u must access admin tools!- Local network - settings - activate the Bridge on port 4 - connect a ethernet cable on your ps4 and on slot 4 of your router, this will give NAT 1 to your ps4- restart router and ps4, then connect ps4 via LAN with automatic settings, u will get NAT1 and your ready to go, problem fixed. This steps can be different from router to router, just look up on your router guide how to give NAT1 to your ps4 or pc.

This is great and everything until the patch today and your settings no longer work.  Or until you restart your router. Lol.   Temporary solutions for a ubisoft error are a waste of time.

They sent a new patch today that fix the problem? awesome, even better cos some people dont have this option on their router. but having NAT1 is always a plus, with NAT1 you never get connection errors, its a highway from the router to the console without any blocks on the way.

please can you disable and the enable UPnP on your router. Please make sure to reset your router and try the game each time you change this setting.
