intel rewards broken?

So I got all the Intel and got the achievement  or trophy  for ps4 player's  

And looked in my clothing  for the reward in this case the Sierra  jacket  I had found all missing  agents yet it was still locked and glitched my friend  got his just fine I was in his game when we both got the achievement  and  collectables but I never received  mine and yes I did check the rewards  vender he dose not give it to you anyone know a quick fix or something   I been so angry at it I went and made and ate angry pasta .

I believe Ubisoft said they are aware of this and are looking for a fix. You just need to wait for Ubisoft to do so.
