VTSOF units adapt to a variety of environments and cultures in order to accomplish their missions. These units also receive a great amount of autonomy as individuals and teams to assess problems and solve them. In addition, SOF units are trained to understand and empathize with the areas and people they work with to achieve success. From the moment a VTSOF Soldier is selected, they receive the most advanced training in The Division. These Soldiers are tough both physically and mentally. VTSOF Soldiers receive priority when it comes to attending advanced unit training and selection for reclassification like Sniper Assassin, Perk Ranger, and Urban Scholar. The audacity of the VTSOF Soldier and their training enables them to make choices to pursue very advanced in-game opportunities, and to make the right decisions when seconds count and your life, those of your squad mates, and exotic gear/resources hang in the balance...
