Companion App Cancelled?

I would like to know if the companion app is cancelled.  I see it's still on the website, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Can anyone confirm or deny the cancellation of the companion app?

If a massive entertainment person confirmed the cancellation of it then it probably is. Ubisoft doesn't update the division page that much. They might decide not to, but for now, think of it as cancelled.

Yeah it's cancelled. They say it would give players an unfair advantage, which I agree with.

​I agree that If they added it the drone would have to be nerfed. Like only for scouting and you could only use it when your actual character isn't in the game.

Had also heard that there was some sort of technical issues as well which makes sense since being able to ay the game more or less without having it seems pretty complex

​Yeah, the app would have to be more of a companion app than a in game drone. Or they would charge for it...
