Dwarven Lord Under The Mountain
Just occurred to me...with the level of detail Massive went into to create Manhattan, and perhaps something not many people know about so would be a surprising "easter egg" style thing.

I wonder if the eruv wire is present in the game, there should be a section running through Hells Kitchen that should be visible for players.

So, if you've seen it let me know, otherwise I know what I'm looking for tonight....

How on earth something so specific as a eruv occurred to you is insane. Unless you're Jewish and were curious. I guess it'd be interesting to see if it was. I'd be pretty surprised if it wasn't in the game actually, now that you've mentioned it... since it should just replicate through in the research and designing of the game that they did.

EDIT: Has anybody else posted about this?

I'm going to go with a "no". I did a bit of recon and couldn't see any thin wires, there are some thicker black wires but I noted they are on other streets as well. Mainly I was checking down 6th Avenue, which is where uncle google says it should be.

No idea, I'm not but I know of them as they're one of those darn unusual and odd things that not a lot of people know about.

I haven't seen them...been looking. Pity, its likely they're not modelled. *boo!*
