Ghost Recon Network - prolonged maintenance

Anyone else shut out of the GR Network? Been three days. Not sure it's just my side of the globe.

GRN works ok for me... now.

I had an issue with it last week, it wouldn't let me log in (also couldnt log into the official forums). I did a live chat with Ubisoft support and got it resolved so might be same issue as you as I had the same error message.

yup, 4 days later it's good.

The posts there are getting more and more toxic everyday. Very vicious and childish at the same time.

Reminiscence of The Division days. It's getting hard to involve in normal discussion or read player find-outs, even by skimming.

I need a warm cup of tea as disinfectant after every visit.

Yeah, 3 days is long but it isn't actually the game. 

Not sure whether the Challenges work off the same server. I hadn't thought so. Though, today when I logged in, it is telling I've completed all of them, and the last I definitely wasn't close.

Apparently I'm wishing the Community Challenge to be completed. Because PS4 version requires 1000000 (1 million) kills and just now I checked, we're still lacking half. LMAO.

So I'll be thankful if the server was error and remarked it as finished.

Oddly console and PC requirements are completely different...maybe they assume the console community is far larger.

PC community completed this weeks challenge a few days ago.

I read X1 requirement is way lower than PS4 as well.

Had wondered, though the number only progresses when I had done something.So, don't actually believe it was a team effort.

trouble I've had with this is I don't believe the game counts the destruction UNLESS you've pre-tagged the car. Car has to be Santa Blanca "Lambogini type" with an alarm. As long as you've tagged it and it showing as SB orange on the minimap it counts.

I say this as I went to Aqua Verdi, blew up the sports car outside the casino. It didn't count. I went back later, tagged the same car...blew it up and it counted it. 

Task Force was behind as of last night so I went around and blew up about 10 sports cars...lol!

I'm not gonna lie, this was the reason I joined the forum. I was trying to find a Wildlands hub of sorts to seek help from, then saw that the site was back up. Still stuck around, though.

Their site maintenance was longer than it should of been, though. Pretty bad.

What's your in-game name? Are you looking for a Task Force to join and do you have access to comms such as TeamSpeak?

That's generally always my problem. I don't mind helping in Task Force activities for challenges, but I'm on at some weird times generally. Depending on when I'm not working. I don't use TeamSpeak either, boycotted it after using Ventrilo for years. nastymane is my uPlay username.
