So can they share loot. If I have one character and put stuff in a stash box  can a second character use the same loot as the first

They share the following:

* what's in the stash
* Phoenix credits
* Season pass rewards from the rewards vendor
* Clothing
* Weapon skins

The do NOT share the following:

* normal credits
* DZ credits
* Blueprints
* Crafting mats

Something to note, if you have a season pass, EACH toon will receive two LZ supply drops per month: 1 between the 1st and 14th and 1 between the 15th and last day of the month.

Absolutely. Level restrictions still apply

Another note, some people will make additional toons to mule gear for the toon they mainly play.  This isn't as easy to do since Division doesn't have a companion app like Destiny, but it's a way to keep more than the 70 items you can store in your stash and the 60-65 you can store in your toon's inventory.

But I think you can still move them on a toon no matter what level they are.  It would be no different than having a lvl 9 toon get a drop that's lvl 10.  You can carry it but you can't equip it until you hit the required level.

Seems there are still a few bugs pre-endgame as well.

I have spent the weekend getting my 3rd Agent to endgame.  Managed it today but she is still level 28 only.

Some issues;

• Can take Lvl 30 items from the stash but cannot put them back.
  
• Managed to sell 1x lvl 30 item but could not sell any others.
  
• Can do the Underground start mission (above ground) but cannot actually enter the underground lift (need WT1).
  

Now I just have to do the last two levels...

Good info to know there, don't fill up your toon with lvl 30 stuff unless you won't need it for a while.
