Own SEASON PASS. Have to buy underground?????

I own the season pass and have 4 characters all over level 30 down there. Why is the game asking me to buy the underground content now?????

I own the Season Pass for The Division on XB1 but that sound's like a possible glitch BLASS44 I would contact  Microsoft  first then if you have to contact the Developers and worse case scenario and I do mean worse case un install the game re install see if that might fix it  I seen this happen to one game I had so just try those 3 steps see how it goes best of luck

You don't have to buy it, but you do have to run the Quarantine Center mission to "activate it" on each character.

Yeah, forgot about that, since it takes all of like 5 min to run.

And I forgot about the last little mission prior to underground also I should have mention that to  :2_grimacing:
