PC All mission Done, but no final echo lunch

Hello,

I finish all the mission (no more on the map, no more in the list ) the main story is finish

But i miss something because chesla not unlock intell, and i don't have the quest for the last echo.

I don't know if it's a bug, and what i have miss, some one have some ideas ?

I don't remember it the echo appears automatically at the end or only once you get near it.  Try heading to the far southeast side near where you originally came in (near Camp Hudson).  If I remember right, when you're heading west out of Camp Hudson, the echo should be in the tall building on the northwest corner of the intersection where you leave the camp.  If you're tooling around there and it doesn't pop up, go to the Ubi forums and report the issue, since it could be a bug.

If Chelsea hasn't fully unlocked for you then I'm suspecting you've certainly missed something in that area. 

As to the last echo, for me I got a message about it and it highlighted on my map as soon as I'd completed the last story mode mission. I left the mission area and I got a vocal prompt mentioning it as well as a visual mention. It wasn't initially highlighted with GPS route though....this may have been because I went right into the DZ at the time and ignored it initially as I thought it was just for the incursion (which you get told about as well). 

If I remember right the echo was inside 303 Gallery for me (between W21st Street & W22nd Street) but entrance is on W21st side. There was an open door into a hallway, followed the short hallway into a large room and there it was.
