Simple question here, am I missing something when trying this talent out? It says that when using a Med-Kit that you will receive an over heal. I have tried many times and never get an over heal when running this. Anyone else? Or is this a bug that I just wasn't aware of?

I didn't see anything on the Ubi forums.  It could be an issue with you having low skill points and the overheal being weak, but I would guess you would have to be really low.  If that's not the case, I'd suggest posting up on the Ubi forum to see if you can get help.  I don't currently use this (been about a month) but it seemed to work then when I used.

Yea that is kind of what I though as well, but my skill power is pegged at 29k on my current build. I think I was mis-understanding what it was supposed to do. I thought it would grant you an overheal every time you use it, but the more I thought about it I figured it is like vigorous chest piece where if your health is to low it won't matter.

I think the over heal portion isn't instantaneous, but gradually comes in. So may not be that noticeable depending on what you are doing.

I believe it may also be instantly cancelled if you get hit in the meantime.
