Weekly incursion reward bugged for anyone else?

Sorry if this has been a topic recently. I've been behind on these forums, forgive me.

I'm really not seeing anyone else having this issue, other than one buddy of mine. (We do the incursions together) Whenever we do the incursion for the week (hard) we do not get a 214 item. Is this not guaranteed each week anymore? I have not been rewarded a 214 item since day one incursion (week one reward) 

at one point I know they were bugged and after it was supposed to be fixed, hamish told me that if I had done it before the fix that's probably why.  Then after our conversation I realized I had done it after the fix. Didn't worry about it too much figured I would wait until next week, no big deal. No reward that week nor this week. Anyone else have this issue?

We've had some minor issues with it, like only getting the reward for completions days after the reset, but we chalked it up to the reset happening for us personally one week from the completion instead of on a set day. At some point however, we always got the reward, even if it meant doing multiple runs on multiple days.

The best I can say is we're running again tonight (less than a week personally from our last completion, but after the reset says it's going to happen), and I'll update here if it goes weird.

I believe the Incursion Weekly reward is based on a per person countdown. So each persons reset is different. There is a rewards reset timer on the Falcon lost mission area when you hover over it with your marker.

It's supposed to reset on Tuesdays (by European time, Monday night here in the states), regardless of when you run it during the week...at least thats what the devs said. What we're seeing, on the other hand, is pretty different.

Ah I did not hear that. Mine reset last night at 8:00 about the same time as the dailies did and I ran it and got my 240 gear piece.

On xbox one it appears to be on a player by player basis.  Our corp group runs together but also on our own from time to time.  We all have a different timer as to when it resets.  My reset was yesterday.  One other guy in our group was reset two days ago.  When we finished the mission he and I got the 214 pc and the 191 pc from the apc.  The other two guys in our group only got the 191 pc from the apc.  After we finished I checked the mission on the map screen and mine had reset to a full week from now.

I will say, I agree that when my wife and I beat the Incursion on Friday (the one before this last one), it didn't reset for us until this past Friday.  Not saying that this is correct, but it's at least what happened to us.  But Tinkkz; we did get the weekly reward when we beat it.  Unfortunately we haven't beat it since so I can't comment on more on it just yet.   :7_sweat_smile:

Well, both hard and challenge gave us our weeklys tonight, and we ran them both last Thursday.  For us, the game timer over ruled our personal week CD.

I'm pretty sure it's a weekly reset. So every Monday @ 9pm.

Yeah but I'm not getting ANY weekly rewards no matter when I do them.  My buddy said he got it after doing them the second time so im gonna try that. This isn't in known issues so it's bothersome. Was just seeing if it was happening to anyone else ?

I noticed you're playing on two platforms...forgive me if i missed it, but which is the issue on?

I completed challenge mode inclusion for the first time this week and got my weekly reward. I'm on Xbox.

played twice this week again, no weekly reward. Comes up as "incursion complete" nothing in my bags, except the 198 and anything else I physically pick up. "Check mark" next to falcon lost. Have heard of it happening to two others so far since I've been asking.

I would delete and restart your character
