I watched the State of the Game stream this morning and Reddit has this posted.  Just wanted to share the info with you guys.  They keep working on good things and adding stuff.  They also mentioned they have 60 community mentioned things on the table like mass crafting and more stash space so they are listening.  Keep talking and they will get the message.  The feedback keeps them going and they work fast, really liking their pace so far.  THis isn't official and when it comes out ill fix it but for now here an idea of whats coming.

State of the Game

As every week, there will be a discussion during the maintenance about the State of Game. So, when the maintenance starts, check out the official The Division Twitch channel, to get the newest updates: Check it out here.

Division Tech

  • Can also drop from NPCs
  • Even more ways to earn it after update 1.1

Backpack Issue

  • No modded items in the Inventory
  • It should be fixed and it will be patched in the 1.1 update
  • But can also have other fallout, but it is under investigation.

Cheating

  • Cheating report helps and they are also asking for reports from the community
  • On PC, players can be reported in-game after 1.1 - /report (Username)
  • They are also scanning themselves with server side tracking
  • Suspension and banning is happening
  • It is not perfect, but they are working on. Better solutions will be implemented in the future.
  • There is a 3 day suspension, then there is a second chance, but then it is a permanent ban
  • There were also many false reports because some Players are very high geared (the new Dark Zone Bracket in level 30 will probably help the situation)

Stats

  • Completion Rate: 41% of all character created have the story completed (only 33% of those went to the last Echo)
  • 37% of all character have reached level 30

News this week

  • New Podcast about Incursions / Endgame / Balancing will be released later this week.
  • New Article about Gear Sets and Incursions

Incursion update 1.1 Preview

  • Falcon Lost is the new Incursion that will be released next week
  • 4 Gear Sets (1 Dark Zone / 3 more PvE Focused)
  • Gear Score will be implemented
  • Assignments are daily and weekly activities (new every day) Dark Zone / PVE / Crafting
  • Hourly Supply Drops in the Dark Zone that are guarded by NPCs
  • Trading among team-members (give feedback if it not OK)

Patchnotes for 1.1 will be released later today – these are the highlights

Phoenix Credits changes will be included

  • Level 30 enemies drop 1-3 Credits
  • Level 31 enemies drop 2-4 Credits
  • Level 32 enemies drop 3-5 Credits
Blueprints

  • New Level 31 / 32 Blueprints
Crafting

  • Older Blueprints will not require Division Tech anymore
  • The New ones will need Division Tech
Dark Zone changes

  • Items can be bought with these Dark Zone Ranks (15 / 25 / 40 / 75 / 90) more granular DZ Ranks
  • New Dark Zone Brackets (below 160 / above 160)
  • 160 = almost full high end gear equipped.

Wow only 37% of players have reached level 30...

Glad they're updating the Phoenix Credit drops

Also the in-game cheater report will be a very useful tool.

after almost a month, its kinda hard to believe that percentage isn't higher for reaching level 30, unless of course thats counting all the players who have a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th character

Hourly supply drops in DZ may=an opportunity for lesser geared people to extract gear. Or it may=an opportunity for lesser geared people to hunt others at the extraction points. Over all I think this will be a great addition to the DZ and give players something else to do.

I saw a post online, that also included in this update will be an increase to crafting requirements along with a decrease in material yields when breaking down items. Anyone else hear anything like that?

Well I'm not surprised after all they give you poor gear to get to that lvl The goodies only can be equipped after lvl30

Yeah mate his has been confirmed. You will now need a lot more materials.

10 standard (green) mats now required to craft 1 specialised (blue) - currently 5

15 specialised (blue) mats now required to craft 1 high end (Gold/Yellow)  ??

also when dismantling HE items now you yield 1 item not 2

for example dismantling a HE black market AK74 currently yields 2 HE weapon parts. After the update will only yield 1

I was surprised when this was 5 & 5 to craft up to begin with, but it seems like 5 & 10 would have been more palpable and not so harsh for newer people to gear up. This is the way of an MMO, things will be changed & nerfed on a regular basis in an attempt to balance things. For me I will be crafting all of the materials I can between now &  when the patch drops.
