Wow, they caved on the weapon mods.
The npcs were a bit spongey, but now geez..
And now I got to get used to the chem launcher again. Shouldn't complain. But you run into mods and suddenly realize you have no clue on its use... lol.
Edit: assume there's going to be some suprise patches . Bit glitchy
