Almost have my Platinum Trophy!

Not sure if I get a trophy other than the jackets but I have 2 echos that are bugged and won't activate . I also want to complete for the platinum trophy . I do enjoy this game

So far I've found one bugged Echo in the southern part of the 'Tenderloin'

So here's the situation, or atleast for me it is. It could be yours to. 

The echo in southern Tenderloin is bugged to where it shows up on the map, but when I check Intel through the start menu, it's collected. This also goes for the echo that's located in the north western part of Kips Bay. So don't worry, they're still on my map, but collected.

however the echo that's in the nort western part of Garment District (Michael Dufrane 1) was bugged to where I couldn't collect it. It was the only one I needed. They had done maintenance since then which allowed me to collect it, I just had to go back and activate it again. Then I got my achievement and a jacket. 

I hoped this gave a little insight. Hope you get it soon.
