What should you spend Phoenix Credits on?

I am currently level 30. I have two high end weapons, HE Holster, and HE gloves. I am currently level 31 DZ. Should I wait till level 50 DZ and spend my PC and Div-tec in the DZ or just buy stuff from the Tech Wing?

I had actually bought blueprints for the M249 Para from the Tech Wing because I needed something decent to run. However, I think the main thing you'll want to use it for is 50 DZ and recalibration.

The gold AK and gold Vector 45 blueprints should also be of interest to you. They're nice to have while in the DZ, your AK being really good against PVE for the consistent high damage with good accuracy, and the Vector for PVP because of the high burst DPS from the ROF + base damage.

I've heard good things about the vector, anyone have experience with the Tactical AUG? I like that gone as well, barely moves

Yeah the AUG is nice, but it does lack the DPS.

I'm still trying to fish for a good MP7 myself.

Don't use your phoenix credits in the 50 DZ. They are only level 30 power level items. I would buy the AK-74 blueprint for PVE as previously mentioned, can't comment on the SMG as I haven't gotten into PVP yet but it sounds legit. Depending on your build the knee pad blueprint was good as well. Other than that I would save them up for the next few days once the vendor resets to get any of the good things that may drop at that time. Make sure to look at the power level of the blueprint or item before you buy them because you are only going to want to get the level 31 power level items... for now...

Yes. If you look down at the bottom of the column on the far right under the perks the item will have a power level. 31  is what you're looking for at this point

There is a separate level all the way at the bottom of the item description that says "Power Level". Highest right now is Power Level 31.
