In the area after going down the elevator from the rooftop, you can do the cover roll thing through the door to skip the whole area.
Only one person needs to make it through. Anyone that doesn't make it can die and be respawned in the next area, as long as whoever makes it through first doesn't use the keyboard until everyone's already through or dead.
It's not huge, but will shave a couple of minutes off of each run.
